Background...
The Trowbridge Sports Forum was established in April 2016 as a partnership between Trowbridge Town Council and leading sports clubs within Trowbridge, the County Town of Wiltshire to develop a community and dialogue between sport clubs, to establish best practices for health and safety, safeguarding and to support coach development.
Our Committee
Chair
The current chair person of Trowbridge Sports Forum is Warren Wade representing Avon Valley Runners.
Vice Chair
Hayley Bell Head of Leisure & Information Services from Trowbridge Town Council is the current vice chair.
Secretary
Christina Connor Leisure Services Administrator for Trowbridge Town Council is the current secretary of the Trowbridge Sports Forum.
Sports Forum Co-Ordinator
Richard Rees Leisure Services Team Leader for Trowbridge Town Council and is responsible for the development of Trowbridge Sports Forum.

Membership Information
Trowbridge Sports Forum is a constituted group with members representing both local sports clubs, local government and local sport partnership organisations. Application for membership is open to all relevant organisations located with Trowbridge and the local parishes of Southwick, North Bradley, Hilperton, Staverton, West Ashton, Steeple Ashton and Yarnbrook.
Safeguarding
Trowbridge Sports Forum is committed to ensure its members adhere to robust safeguarding protocols for the benefit of its members and their key users to ensure all children and vulnerable adults are protected. Trowbridge Sports Forum adheres to the safeguarding policies set out by Trowbridge Town Council and the Forum’s Vice Chair is the designated safeguarding officer for both the town council and the sports forum
